Promenade Urbaine

 The proposed project seeks to create a “bamboo façade” whose objective is to enable a fine separation between the pedestrian environment and the car circulation area.
This “bamboo façade” maintains the visibility of the route and natural ventilation, while attempting to protect the passersby from urban aggressiveness caused by road traffic.
As a result of this lateral insulation, the interior relationship is intensified, namely with the Taipa hill and the landscape arrangements of the lots belonging to the luxury condominium of One Grantai.
